No not a huge offsite user, I actually run for the job to give ppl an option over picking the offsite rep. I understand you guys have a solid group of 30 or so managers who will vote with your group decision, and it will most likely win in a landslide. However there is over 1000 managers, so the offsite community is very small.

Since you're not a fan of the off-site, and if you were to get elected, does that mean you wouldn't be using the off-site for game planning, roster decisions, and general scouting of the pipeline and training?

I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.

My main concern with the offsite, and all the effort that goes into keeping databases, contacting mangers etc is that it still failed to produce some 70k+ monsters.

Producing those salary monsters, really does not benefit managers on the club level especially with all of those changes the last couple of seasons with GDP and the use of more tactics. I have a very difficult time asking a manager to basically waste their money. You are basically taking an MVP+ player (which unless you buy a prospect with no secondaries is going to cost you a bunch of money) and pairing them with a level 6/7 trainer (which is going to cost you a bunch of money) and just pumping primaries. After the U21 you get to sell your high salary monster with probably no secondaries for like 750k at huge net loss over the course of those four seasons because unless they are in DII and the NBBA they can no longer afford their salaries. If someone is really into U21 wants to fulfill their patriotic duty and create a player like that I am all for that, but I cannot in good conscience ask someone to to do that.

I also cannot throw our successfully NT program under the bus, and not have our best MVP/HOF players with great secondaries to train OD/PA early to keep them on the NT track.

If someone should be creating those salary monsters it should be the U21 coach. Right now my 20 year old Taishi Zunhui not only has the highest salary of any 20 year old in the pipeline but is also tied for the most big skill points. No one can accuse me of not putting my money where my mouths is ;)

We won big games at worlds playing outside, neutral, and inside so our training regimen clearly allows us to play multiple tactics successfully. Inside is always going to be a main tactic for U21 especially because of the power of OD so I don't see whats wrong with asking owners to get to base level of 12 IS/12 ID/12 RB and then specialize the builds from there.

You only get 18 roster spots and figure you only get 7-8 of them to be bigs. I am totally ok with 1 maybe 2 at most being a special build but you need those interchangeable to be able to consistent run the tactics that your team excels at.

I also disagree with your GS comments. GS becomes even more of a concern if you rely on specialist builds. If your specialist isnt in GS, you can't run that tactic.

PS: I see why you would consider this a positive, but I look at it and think "If we know that, then wtf would we even try using Motion"

USA Offsite backed managers have made 5 straight Worlds final appearances in U21(3) and NT(2) and have won three Gold medals. No other country in recent memory can claim that. This is the Golden Age of American BuzzerBeater brought to you by the USA Offsite. Claims that we are not winning enough are laughable at best.

Offsite is not some secret Masonic order. Any American owner can register and participate.

Thegame187, why did you decide to not take the New Zealand U21 job this season?

We work with what we have. Last season we had three players on the roster (along with two other prospects) that eclipsed 16/10 JS/JR. That, along with the fact they we were unsure if Italy would use GDP, and 100% sure that they would never guess Motion on us, lead us to that victorious tactic.

You have been talking about building different types of players and sending them in different training routes, yet you make a comment about us using a tactic that not many people use... It confuses me. Are you saying that you think we didn't have the personnel last season to run Motion? Would you not switch up tactics in the semifinal and final matches if you thought we could play a tactic well but you weren't sure? Your comment doesn't make sense to me.

Kind regards,
