Maybe the skills of all players are revealed, but names of the player and the team selling them are not. Salary would also just be given in a range (example: Weekly salary: $ 30 000 to $ 36 000). This way you could see skills, but you wouldn't know what team the player is from.

I think allowing trades in league could be equitable, it would add a totally different element to the game. But there would have to be strict guidelines to not allow for blatant chicanery.

I don't really see how trading would add much to the game. Why not just sell the player you don't want and then buy a player similar to the player you're looking for?

I'm not trying to be facetious here, but in what way is this suggestion different from someone listing a player for too much money in an effort to entice interested managers into sending the seller a price negotiation message? Is it basically the same idea as that just in a more official manner?


Yeah, no difference. Although I have never received any messages for my players I have listed for 40 million plus.
