Actually, seems like the problem is not on our side, as it is a change of PayPal policy. It looks like PayPal got a lot stricter about accepting payment by our customers. They actually require that everyone has their profile at 100%, otherwise a payment won't get through. I may be wrong, but that seems to be the cause of the problem since some of the users actually managed to buy Supporter and second team option just minutes ago. Try to complete your profile on the PayPal page and then try again, if it doesn't work, let me know. Or try AdKnowledge SuperRewards. It works.

I was able to do so last night, but only because I happened to finally sign into paypal before launching the link. I so infrequently use paypal that I hadn't signed into it in months, so fortunately I was able to do so - and also fortunately, I had linked it to my bank account so the money transfer was accepted.

PayPal isn't letting me complete my account. It would have been nice to get more than a one day reminder; I don't log in as often as I used to.

This is terrible. When clicking the extend second team option in BuzzerBeater, it keeps taking me to a blank white page. Well except for the words "Fatal Failure" written in the top left hand corner. Tried like 20 times too.

EDIT - Tried one last time & it somehow worked. Anyway it would be nice if you at least gave a 1 day grace period or something in cases like today.

Actually, this might not have anything to do with profile completeness but was just a temporary glitch on the PayPal servers. Once you click on "purchase" and PayPal is selected, you are redirected to their payment page, which was obviously down at some periods. If it still doesn't work, we'll have to contact the PayPal people and see what's up. Anyway, for everyone that's having issues, the best thing to do is to make a screenshot so we can send it to PayPal support and analyse the cause.

EDIT: So, the conclusion is, if it didn't work yesterday, just try it again today.

FWIW, I finally got through. Edited my last message but didn't see you had already posted again.

What changed? Did you change browsers or something like that?

As for everyone else still having issues, please note which browser and OS are you using in your report. Also note if you tried different browsers and which? Which antivirus and anti adware software and/or extensions are you using? This could help us get to the root of the problem.

In my case at least, I tested in both Chrome (my default) and Microsoft Edge (on Windows 10). Neither worked initially. Once I opened a new tab in chrome, logged into paypal on that and then clicked again on the button on BB, it worked for me.

My initial thought was that you needed to be actively logged into paypal, but I just clicked on the button now and it worked fine. Maybe something on their end changed recently and you need to sign into paypal once to have your account settings update? Or maybe they were just intermittently down, but now that I finally found where their notifications page was, the only thing I can find that's close is some problems with their REST APIs that they marked resolved on 3/30, and I think that was in the developer sandbox.
