I'm going with defense in the 2 top games. Pleasant is the best well balanced team in this league. His overall defense is a tuff hurdle to jump for any team.
D-League, has that perimeter defense but Chicago has a ton of fireworks which should make for an interesting game.
No disrespect to any teams but I am going with Pleasant and D-league in tonights games.

Nice wins from D-League and Pleasant Saturday but the Unicorns and Chicago won't go anywhere. I'm sure they'll be in the semi finals battling. I'm facing D-League Tuesday and playing my tier 2 back up trainees. Uggggh it's gonna be ugly. I just hope for no injuries because I'm already missing 1 of my stud trainees out for 3 weeks.

I was a little surprised the games weren't closer than they were. Maybe Pleasant-Team and myself are much further ahead of the competition than I thought. It looked like everyone played their normal starters.

Good news Mark, I'm playing my scrimmage scrubs against ya. My cup opponent might be too good for them to beat, so I had to go starters to stay in the cup. So just maybe our game won't be the blowout you anticipate. :-)

Your Scrubs are probably 20k players haha...I agree with you man...you and Pleasant are probably that much better.. Either u or pleasant are promoting and I'm gonna miss the VALUABLE INFORMATION from 2 of the best managers. so don't forget about me...hopefully my team will be built-up in a couple of seasons then I can legitimately promote with nice young valuable players and not a bunch of 36 yr old vets. I'm also playing tie so I can build up enthusiasm to near max lol eventually. Good luck in the cup...do our division proud brotha.

Haha. I wish I could afford 20k bench players. Close game between us. It could have gone either way.

You (anyone really) can always ask for any advice from me, regardless of which Division we find ourselves in. It's always fun helping people out.

Will be a tough Saturday for the Tumbleweeds. Pleasent-Team has lost one game this season, a Private League game and no other game has even been close. Hard to find any weakness to exploit. Hopefully his players are looking past us and towards their Tuesday night match-up with D-L Dunkers.

I'm surprised. My team is playing better than I expected. My 3 new players are doing a very nice work together.
I have also the most expensive bench in our league. They let me play hard the 3 games every week keeping the game shapes.

Next week will be hard. You (TV game) and Dunkers are tough rivals.

Good luck and keep improving, guys!

Good luck on Saturday Valmion. Show them how good the Great 8 is. :-D

I find a good bench to be so underrated. Most teams put all their salary into their starters, and play them for 40+ minutes a game, destroying their team's game shape. I loved beating teams like that while my team was younger. I still need to do a little work on my bench.

It's that time of the year again. Time to see which conference is the best.

The Big 8 won Day 1 5-3.

2 upsets in Day 1. #3 Tumbleweeds beat #2 Charlie and the Unicorns, while #8 Sarasota defeated #7 Paragraphs. The only matchup of even seeded teams went to the Big 8 as #5 Flights&Skype beat #5 Blockers.
