My doctor I just bought was for 100k. Wait till the beginning of the season. I have always had to replace my trainer at the beginning. It gives us 1 extra click. But I been playing for 21 seasons so I am used to it.
A little too steep of a transfer fee for a doc in my book. I go with advanced and change him out about every season and a half, I just don't see any real benefit from a level 5 or better doc or PR man, level 4 will meet your needs fine. In fact paying more than minimum or slightly above for a advanced or lower level staff member is a waste of money. As for when to replace someone it's just a matter of timing. Also don't forget, you get ONE internal staff member hire, i have always held that in my back pocket but if I do break down and decide to go high end on a trainer I am prepared to pull that trigger.
Now in regards to the distinguished gentlemen's arena, I've told you in private and I tell you now, stop building bleachers. You may never need bleachers again and hell I bet you can drag an extra buck out of each seat. And a price I increase of about $10 is in order on the lower and a $30 on the court side. And slowly work on adding seats in those areas. Also for petes sake build some luxury boxes dude, two is worthless, you need 10.
Also I do recommend doing the arena upgrade, even the crackerbox palace 200k minimum is worth about a extra 10-15% in merch. Plus the default style you get just looks so.....ghetto.
