Check the economy page last transactions - the amount deducted is not the salary floor, it is the regular salary. This means that the salary floor is only shown as a guide, something to aim for after the 24 weeks grace period ends.

Still on Manage My Team page it says Player Salaries: $ 221 712 but on all other pages Player Salaries: $ 66 264.
Because of that it says Typical Weekly Net Income: $ -7 32 but it aint wright.
