I agree with you. NT and U21 players can still get in game injuries, but there shouldn't be extended injuries.

@Joey Ka, I remember when there were such longer injuries and players were basically out most of a whole season (when you account for getting their GS back up after long injuries), which is more realistic in some cases. I think the reduction was good, but it was overcorrected. Many people carry very low level doctors because they don't need better ones with the current structure, so I agree with you on that injuries have been reduced too much.

This is also coming from a manager that just lost his best player to an injury right before the finals start.

More realistic but frustrating.
Life is realistic and unfair so people commit suicide
Such realism in BB can cause frustration and quit playing
If the skills fell evenly and slowly (for example, 0.1 skills per week at 33), the game would be less realistic but fairer and less frustrating

A double drop in a key skill on the first training update after a player turns 33 is just unfair :`-(
(not that this happened to me today, not at all...)

I'm all for realism, but I don't think double drops are realistic, you don't suddenly get significantly worse in a skill. I think it should be more gradual, it should be random but maybe maximised at 0,5 level per update per skill at 33yo. That can still lead to multiple skills dropping a level which is fine, but no double drops.

I have some interesting examples that show just how random drops are. All of the examples are with the career extension coach.

- My 33yo guard dropped OD from 20 to 16 in the first 2 weeks of training last season:

- My 40yo still hasn't dropped in his primary skill:

- My 34yo once had a triple drop!!!

I always have 33+ year olds with career extension coach, some players dropped 7 skills at the age of 33, some only had 4-6 drops until they turned 36.
Someone I know had a player that had a quadruple drop on OD (from 20 to 16), also with the career extension coach. The player was old, like 38yo or something.
