Nevermind...I looked at everyone else's salaries, I'm way down the list. How do you afford these salaries in D.III? I'm basically breaking even at $240k.

I spent a lot of time in D4 keeping my team in the playoffs for multiple seasons in order to average over $200k in ticket sales.
Plus the new Team Infrastructure helps. I have a level 2 TV & Radio Station to boost attendance, and a level 2 Merchandise Booth to offset the cost of team infrastructure.
Just keep your fans happy to keep your arena filled. The rest comes from player sales. But I am not very good at making marketable trainees. They either suck or I keep them lol.

Oh I see, well I think Rhino had a lot of money cause their salaries were easily over 100+ plus k from the average team salary last season.

Me, I was over the average but making 30k per week until I lost to Omnipresent Supergalactic Oneness in the last game in OT then it dropped 29k ha ha ha ha.

Didn't see that coming...lol

I learned the hard way.....lol

My first season ever, I spent a lot of my money buying a bunch of players, then out of no where I see my net income
going to negative and I didn't know how get it going back to the positive, ended up having to fired some players
with in two week, almost got my account close for supposedly siphoning my money other teams....lol

I get you're being sarcastic.....lol

But that was a real thing that happened to me ha ha ha

I wanted to win that game because it was a TV game, but I didn't want to lose my enthusiasm rating for the relegation series. So I counter-picked (successfully) and edged out a victory by 3 points.

And Grabby has more experience than I do at this game. I just stated what most people used as a platform for player salary hoping that if someone knew better they'd say so. Or maybe it's their trade secret.

As for my team, Omnipresent Supergalactic Oneness (see Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls) I was $-50k per week and slowly drained all my funds so I had to ditch my $90k salary Center. I almost did it too late. But with him gone and I replaced my $60k+ trainer I'm back to +$30k because I took a hit in attendance. I was making $225k average, now I'm sub $200k.

Well, is more like this side of the aisle, the other side not so much.
Although I think the LA. Lords may change that some what.
I know is too early still we have to wait and see what adjustments the returning teams make.
But this side can get complicated early on in the season.

i think there will be a new "overlord" in this league this season - LA Lords. My pick to win it all, especially with their recent addition of PF Hortua. He is a beast and on the Venezuelan national team.

My kitties were feeling good going into the match at their place - would be a good test to see who will likely win the Great 8 - and it was not even close. i even did a few things to try and contain Hortua, to no avail. Losing by 20 away will translate into a loss of about 8-12 at home on the return leg. Was hoping to win Big Red and compete for the league title this season to promote back up to D.2. No way that is happening now. And the Bulls are pretty legit too in Red as well.

Will be real interesting to see how interleague play shapes up.

Yeah I wanted to win too as it was TV game, I just was hoping my bench could pulled it off, but your squad took them to OT and beat us..... congrats on that.

It did mess up the mins on one of my players which I had to bench for the first game of the post season, but decision on my part I was thinking ahead instead of the moment... oh well.
