Yeah I'm sure someone could sit down and do the math based on training estimates people have come up with, but I see both ways having benefits.

ID first benefits are:
1. Less weeks you have to train your SF at C which can be difficult
2. ID gives a strong elastic to IS which can be nice to set up early
3. ID early will make your trainee a more viable defender throughout their training

1v1 first (and ID later down the road)
1. Maximum extra pops from youth trainer
2. Set up strong elastics early on
3. IS can even be a small elastic for training ID later
4. Might be faster overall due to maximizing YT extra pops

So I think both are viable and like you said, it might depend on the player's height for what you decide to do.

Training ID first until what level? ID 15/16 or lower and you will train again ID later?

What about having a pure defensive player? OD/ID/SB lvl 17 and having at the same time low salary. In this case how do you think is better to train? I think we should avoid 1vs1 he just need to defend not to take shots

Almost no ID training for such guys. If you take a look at my utopia team, you will see four players, who are trained as bigs.
War had SB and RB training. I used ID training only once per season to close out the season.
Kim and Wolf had so many ups in ID during their SB training, I used ID training only to get an extra up at the end of the season. After the guard training, I will finish RB and get the last ID ups.
If you start with ID, you will lose time for the other skills. I train always SB>RB>ID. And ID only if I know, the player will get the up with this one week of ID training.

My first team has a latvian player. I bought him with a lot of IS, but no SB and low ID. This season he received SB training and both skills went up. For every 2,5 ups in SB he got 1 up in ID.

I will train OD next season. The guys are at 90% finished inside, they can compete and hold their ground. Wirh the switch on defense, I can set the line up as I need it.
I will take a lot of time wirh their height, but the will perform already.

When it says to train 1vs1 F, on small guys... does that mean we play scrimages, 48 minutes, out of position (in big positions)?

Yes, if you want to have that IS training boost, you need to go with 1v1F, so your trainees must play at SF/PF position a minimum minutes depending on their ages.

18-19 yo: 45 minutes
20-26 yo: 48 minutes
+27 yo: 40 minutes

Why JS forwards later?
Isn't good to train JS forwards (that train IS) and then the defense so you have all the tow?
