See, I was checking your games and saw this one (6009508)
I would expect a pretty good difference but you won by 11, that's just really scary looking at those ratings. I think TIE creates a complete difference compared to normal play.

I find that TIE is especially scary if you're at normal enthusiasm level of 5. Once you get to around 10 or so the effect isn't too bad. I find that if you're at enthusiasm 5 and don't have a really huge gap against the team you're TIE-ing, don't expect to win easy.

In that game the difference between me and the other team was there. But with me TIE-ing, the other team made up some of the difference from the outside. I had really bad outside defence and they sunk quite a number of 3 pointers to bring the scoreline closer. Had I put in a better outside defence lineup, the difference would be bigger.

My Enthusiasm went up from 11-14. So after all, i guess you´re pretty right with your suggestions. Thanx!

Another short question:
Did you ever play a game with enthusiasm of 12 or higher? Just wondering, because it falls that fast!

it is possible when playing BB best and cup, when you have some matches one straight after other. about 12 maybe it is possible to have while still playing in cup (I can admit reached 11 once this season). but you have to consider, that you will have to play TIE about half or more season every match and stay in cup

My highest going into a game was around 14-15 if I remember correctly. Tuesday league, Wednesday BB Best,Thursday Cup. Went into Tuesdays game with enthusiasm 9-10, TIE-ed all the games (I knew I was going to lose my B3 game) and went into my Cup game with enthusiasm 14-15. Too bad it was against a bot.

I will have ent. of 6 in my next game. If I CT, I will end up with 3. Then the next gama (league) will it be 4? How would I get affected in my next game(s) after CTing with ent. of 6?

We can't be sure if your enthusiasm will be up to 4 for the next game, but there is a good chance it will.

After CT-ing you'll be playing with enthusiasm 3-4 in the next game. Assuming both of you normal, it would be almost as if you TIE-ed the match.

Do we know anything about the effects of enthusiasm on playing levels?

For example, we think you get a 50% reduction in Enthusiasm after CT but does this equate to a 50% boost in playing level? If I have a level 10 Inside Defender will he play like a level 15 Inside Defender?

Unfortunately, the exact number of the boost still eludes us.

We know that CT will give us a boost, yes. But we do not know how big a boost it is. It is rather inaccurate that a CT will make your level 10 Inside Defender play with the ratings of a level 15 Inside Defender. Instead of increasing your players ratings, the CT actually improves your chances during the play. Your chance of obtaining a rebound or your chance at making a shot. This increase translates to more shots/rebounds made which makes your players to appear to be playing at a higher level.

So if your player has a 30% chance of making a shot, CT might boost it up to 40% (I am just speculating at the amount here). His skill level remain the same throughout the game. It's all about giving you better chances.

That depends. I assume the ratings are what gives your players the appropriate percentage chance of completing a play. If for instance your chance of rebounding a shot is 60% for a strong rebounder, that chance will increase under CT but it would also increase if he was a prominent rebounder so we aer basically saying the same thing.

Do we know how a high level TIE compares to a mid level normal? For instance is TIE with a 10 enthusiasm going to allow you to play the same as if you had a 5 enthusiasm and played normal?
