zaidejaas per savaite turi suzaist ne maziau 48 minutes,tada igauna treniruotes,jei maziau tada nieko,dar ziurint ant kiek zaideju esi pastates treniruotes,kuo maziau zaideju pastatei tuo greiciau kils jos.

Dekui uz info, kas keisciausia, keturiem pakilo ID kai keliau IS ir tik vienam pakilo IS, beje treniravau C/PF/SF

paprasciausiai jam nedaug ir tereikejo :) man buvo treniruojant passinga pakilo dribble, pass ir driving :)
