How do u define the ''good outside skills''?

There is no exact definition of good outside skills. It depends on what you want from the player...and I said it's a good way for new users, so you could have gotten what I meant by that...

I see the idea. I think i might have 2 good prospects for this type of training but I am not sure. I was thinking I was gonna train them with the centers since they are both PF. Check them out and if you got any suggestions about their training it would be most welcome.

Krunoslav Dunat (8768679)
Age: 18
Height: 6'10" / 208 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: average Handling: respectable
Driving: atrocious Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: inept Free Throw: pitiful

Well, in my point of view they're both more PF or C than SF...the first one could be used as SF if you play inner tactics and 23 zone, for instance...but, I would both of them treat and train as PF's...start with getting both IS and ID to respectable (since both of them have respectable rebounding) and then it's up to you, what you choose, but don't train one skill too much (like rebounding to 13 and others are still on 7). Do you know what I mean?

These are only my suggestions, though. Someone other (better) can have other opinion and so you can have one, so do it as you think it's the best way. Hope, it's somehow helpful

Edit: If these two are the only trainable players, you can also think about playing them as C's - you can then train In. Def. & In. shot only with centres and it's faster then.

Thanks alot for the info. I am new so any help is appreciated. I actually got another PF and 3 more C's to train. One of the C's looks quite well as well. I hit the TM quite hard trying to make an extra buck over next couple of years. I am gonna train those guys as PF's for atleast a season and after that who knows.
