After the last wave of botification, the numbers went down again but that was expected.
Id rather be interested to know, what happens when a country falls to 0 active users (like Al Jazair did)? Does it stay in the game till the end of the season and gets deleted?

because new users will possibly sign up.... and we can't create countries instantly, only in the offseason.. we also can only expand countries in the offseason.
