If I decided to sell one now, profit would not be so huge and this would create a significant gap in the team which would require some significant reinvestment in a guard (money and time to get the same level of performance)

i made the same steps, but normally you could sell a guard and buy a little weaker one and also upgrade a Center(so yous ell two player and buy two). Maybe your new guard have to play a while on the scrimmage, but your "ex" scrimamge guard should be stronger then before and you get a better balanced team.

If you train all skills, you had to buy expensive young players and they loose in value every week they are not trained.

Right now i train 5 players. Selling 1 of them, and upgrading my guards, i am making profit, and still developing my players. Yea its hard to get a player on NT, but when you have a great player you have a great value that you can exchange them with players on the positions that you don't train. I am not planing to make mono training on the near future, but hey maybe a player is not good enough for the NT but we need good players in general. I think that the 1st goal of every team here is to win, and if you can help your NT too even better. I know also that are some NT farming teams, that they dont care to win, just to produce NT players

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score

i noticed no up after an NT game, don't see superior experience from my NT player to normal players who play that long - so it is no big margin or did you have an number?

Most of the USA NT players that made more than a cameo appearance on the NT have markedly better experience.

could you view some long time U21 players, or 22 year old player who get the step to the NT? The grerman one has an Xp of 3 like nearly all of his teammates in the U21, and most of then play there first NT Season not their third one. And as i was the coach, the veteans don't have an advantage(they pop later then the centers, which most of then has one season less in the NT)

Cause the most NT player are created with a random XP, but if you look at him for example:

/BBWeb/hofplayer.aspx?PlayerID=3064148&teamid=2... - he has 3 XP and a few NT games.

Not really that low.

I remain unconvinced of this. Oberortner, a mainstay of the German NT since season 3, is still stuck on inept experience, which is the lowest on my team save the 18 year-olds.

I would argue for the same point looking at my experiencie with Chilean NT.

Not counting the guys that got added midseason, the USA NT's average XP is 5.4

One of our players is in double digits, one more is close, and most of the rest are at least 5.

but they are created with random XP, and i see also several guys with XP 10 the last week without NT background :)

Look at guys who play a lot of NT games and are created in the last 4 seasons, or at player you know the XP they are starting with.

Or check the XP before and after the NT matches, if the XP gain is noticeable high you will see ups, i didn't see then in a half of season when i make it - maybe you have more luck. And in this time nearly all players jump from XP 2 to 3, and the first jumps was from players who played 70+ minutes in their club in the past and not the one with nearly 2 season nt experience

Edit: my older guys have also a 5 in Xp in average ;)
