As you a playing in week country for a moment, you maybe don`t see that soon there won`t be any promoting team course of bot teams clean up in higher divs (1-3) that means you have to fight for your promotion if you wanna go to higher level. Promotion bonus would be used for buying one or two that level players to be able to compete and be equal and successful ones even would be able to make promotion after promotion if they would manage bonus well. In this way best players would always have teams and be needed and the price would be nice so it would be worth to train player and after you can`t afford to keep him any more sell it for team in higher div which would train him and sell to higher div team and so till he reach max what he is able and end up in top level. That means top div team could pay for player even 10kk then div3 team something around 2kk, so if team from from div3 could train some player it could do some profit and move on... that means long term planing.
