I always thought it would be cool if every team manager in Nippon at least would train ONE japanese player as an act of honor... Well, not much honor left these days, I know ;)... Around 20 active teams = around 20 U21/NT player, problem mostly solved.
Still new on this, don't know exactly about *the cap*. Does it mean once you will reach a point (let's say on JS, as you wrote), it will not be possible to train the player very high in, let's say, OD? Any cap calculator online? Or any statistics?...

The method of learning Japanese recommended by experts is to be born as a Japanese baby and raised by a Japanese family, in Japan. And even then it is not easy...
