Sorry to say this training OD all season is not a good thing to do. In BB there is such a thing called elastic effect. Each training has primary pops and secondary pops. You need to alternate training to maximize pops for your player. While it is true that his players OD is very low I still believe in my humble opinion you alternate train the player.

OD (pressure training) is best trained the younger the player the better coz it will train faster they say. If you really want to prioritize OD then do this instead train two weeks pressure then one week passing (or any raining you may want).

sobrang baba naman ng outside defense. suggestion ko training ka OD ngayong season hanggang sa mapa-abot mo respectable or strong.

hindi na naglalaro yung manager na bb mail mo, basahin mo muna yung guide sa help forum section at game manual kung may tanung ka pa, post ka lang sa proper thread maraming manager ang tutulong sayo...welcome sa buzzerbeater
