And in our first game, the Philippines U21 had a comfortable win against Lubnan U21 with the score 115-90.
Anthony Gillegao led the way with 23 points, Miguel Pingonan and Dante Cartalla with 16, Garin and Montecarlo with 14, and
Nolledo with 10.


Next team to play is Kazakhstan U21.

Ewan ko kung bakit ganun form ni Pinongan pero i played him 40 and 66 minutes the past 2 weeks.

i decided na PG na lang i focus train ko...ayaw ko n sa PF kasi in 3 weeks +1 lang nangyari sa player ko...eh nakafocus train na un...kaya balik PG n focus ko..

Anong skill nitrain mo? Kadalasan ata once every two weeks magpopop yun isang skill ng player mo. Pero mas maganda rin ata magtrain ng guards. Kulang ata tayo? Pero hindi ko sigurado. Haha.

nung nagtrain ako ng PG ko every week pop up..pero nung sa PF ko 3 weeks n wala pa pop up...inside scoring ung train ko sa PF...pero okie lang...PG n ngayon train ko...medyo madali pop up eh...hehehe

Bilis ng training ah. Sana makaabot siya ng U21 team. Wag mo nga pala ipalaro yun players mo ng more than 90 minutes a week. Masama yun para sa shape niya. Sa alam ko counted yun game shape sa mga NT Matches eh. Tama ba? At siyempre counted yun game shape sa league games mo. Haha.

ok..minsan kasi 90+ minutes per week yung ibang players ko...pero try ko na paikutin line up ko para mabawasan minutes nila and to see kung effective sa laru as in kung mananalo...
