Eita will get there some day but I have done a lot of OD & PA & 1 on 1 this season so he is a better player but his salary wont change much. Now some more ID & RE for the last few weeks.

I have also trained Kawagichi most of the season even though he is capped, he only got 1 pop in DR but has better sublevels in OD, PA, JS, HA & IS. Will benefit the NT as well but a silly thing to do for my team.

Rebounding for C / PF
Takayoshi Kawagichi ↑popped↑ in Rebounding
Eita Wakatsuki ↑popped↑ in Rebounding
Shin Shidehara ↑popped↑ in Rebounding
Ichiro Nishimura ↑popped↑ in Rebounding

How is that? Great week of training. Nice surprise that the capped Kawagichi got a pop. Wakatsuki is another step towards making the NT cut for next season. 106 TSP. He is no Furusawa with his primaries. He doesn't have the all around skills of Tsunami. He hasn't been trained as well as Matsumoto. But maybe he will be good enough for some sort of backup role next season.

I say this to everyone.

send me their stats, and i can add the to the database.

Japan NT needs PRIMARIES. Js, Od, Pas, IS, Id, Reb.

we need all we can get. Its pretty simple really...you are willing to take on salary you too can have a japanese nt player.

the Id + reb combos we are forced to run make us a tasty snack for teams with 200k bigs.

Japan also needs an elite 200k pg...or two.

Japan has a ton of sg/sf hybrids. which is cool and all. but we need the salaried guys, cause the salaried guys have the skills to dominate the game.

we need a 14+ js 18+ od 18+ passing od with decent secondaries.
we need two bigs with 18+ id and 18 + reb.

these are the bare basics. there is not scheme in BB to get around these things.

what Japan nt really needs is about 6 players willing to pay 170+ k a week for an nt player. that dedication i think is possibly only a season or two away.

Takayoshi Kawagichi is very close to those numbers you give for PG as you can see and he also has good secondaries, I guess that is why he gets a run.

Eita Wakatsuki is way off that 18+ id 18+ reb, & it will be somewhere between a long time & never that he achieves that. Those are great goals & a huge improvement it wasn't that long ago we had guys like 14/14 16/12 or 15/17 on the team.

Typical Weekly Net Income:$ 287 520

Think I can afford 1 170+ k a week player :)

I think the key is, you have to choose ID + RB or IS.

Its hard to pay for all three, but then again, if the competition is there and you have no choice, you build your team around your big time nt players ;-)

Will be even worse if SB is about to be important, big men salaries will get even more out of line with small men.
