I would get OD to proficient, before doing PA until respectable (for SG build) or strong (for PG build). And hopefully, you'll be able to fix those secondaries.

I thought OD was only held back by HA. Also I think the negative elastic effect from HA doesn't out weigh the training speed drop that occurs when he turns 18->19 unless it's really extreme (which it isn't)

Even though he is 6'11" is there any chance he could be a U21 as a PG? My plan is to train him in Outside Defense to 15. This should be until he turns 20. Then I plan 1 on 1 guards until his jump shot is 12. If I train passing next, I think he could be a U21 guard... think its possible even with the utterly slow development of outside defense? If not I plan to mix in Center training Inside Shot at age 20.
