Ewan ko kung bakit ganun form ni Pinongan pero i played him 40 and 66 minutes the past 2 weeks.

i decided na PG na lang i focus train ko...ayaw ko n sa PF kasi in 3 weeks +1 lang nangyari sa player ko...eh nakafocus train na un...kaya balik PG n focus ko..

Anong skill nitrain mo? Kadalasan ata once every two weeks magpopop yun isang skill ng player mo. Pero mas maganda rin ata magtrain ng guards. Kulang ata tayo? Pero hindi ko sigurado. Haha.

nung nagtrain ako ng PG ko every week pop up..pero nung sa PF ko 3 weeks n wala pa pop up...inside scoring ung train ko sa PF...pero okie lang...PG n ngayon train ko...medyo madali pop up eh...hehehe

Bilis ng training ah. Sana makaabot siya ng U21 team. Wag mo nga pala ipalaro yun players mo ng more than 90 minutes a week. Masama yun para sa shape niya. Sa alam ko counted yun game shape sa mga NT Matches eh. Tama ba? At siyempre counted yun game shape sa league games mo. Haha.

ok..minsan kasi 90+ minutes per week yung ibang players ko...pero try ko na paikutin line up ko para mabawasan minutes nila and to see kung effective sa laru as in kung mananalo...

next up is a scrimmage game against Tounes U21... the game will be held in our soil so be sure to support our U21, as every game counts sa pagtaas ng ating NT ratings...

pagkatapos ng larong ito, ay kalaban naman natin ang Iran, which would be our tough competitor for the first seed.... medyo tricky ang laban na ito, at exciting ang laban.

I would like to remind also dun sa ibang teams na may mga tini-training na players for next season, na i-prioritize ang training dun sa mga bets ninyo... (provided that your players qualify to the requirements posted here [message= 63256.1]) be sure na pasok ang players ninyo at kailangan natin ang tulong ninyo para sa susunod na season

para dun naman sa mga players na hindi pa ga-graduate sa U21, continue training them and they would be the core of the team next season, wherein the stakes are higher and opponents are much more skilled... if you have any questions regarding U21, feel free to send me a BB-Mail.
