Will there be plans to have staff (or at least the specialities) scoutable.

We can always see the player stats of our opponents but if someone has PR guy with a skill it would be nice to scout and know so that we can if we chose to adjust our tactics / effort for the game.

Doctor is lvl 3, salary 7000 and the bid is at 90,000 this good? and ends at 1:30 today

Doctor (level 3): 1,5%
Trainer (level 5): 2%
PR-Manager (level 5): 2%

So it looks like around $10000 salary rise per season, for me that looks ok, it's not too much and in this way conclusion would be that 3 staff members per two season is normal tempo.

It is not so important how high can someone jump, more important is who is the last one standing

Ok, first guess:

Salary increase:

All level 1's: 1%/week
All level 2's: 1,25%/week
All level 3's: 1,5%/week
All level 4's: 1,75%/week
All level 5's: 2%/week
All level 6's: 2,25%/week
All level 7's: 2,5%/week

This is just a first guess based on only 6 staff members, so if anyone want to share any additional information, please do so!

I found out new staff market little bit uncomfortable:

1) Once a staff is sold, there is no way to find the final price. Even if I bookmark the staff, I can see only new employer, there is no transfer history for staff. Also it's not in team transfer history. So than is quite difficult to compare prices.

2) minimum/maximum salary/current bid doesn't work when searching available staff

dear gms,

due to the fact that this system is new, the market has totally weird prices. everybody is looking for new personal and there is only a small market. maybe you could put in more specialists for the first few weeks?

that's not necessarily true for all teams.

I have a level 3 PR and doctor, who are both on 11k per week.

There seem to be a number of level 3 guys out there in those positions with wages closer to 7k, meaning if I can pick one up cheaply, I might as well...

That's if what you pay for him doesn't eat up the difference in weekly salary over the term of his employment with your team.

30 weeks (as BB says) with 5k salary reduction gives you a lot of cash to spend on a replacement ;)
