Leaving SM aside for now... Ramos seems like a snub, but maybe only averaging 23 mpg hurt him? But he doesn't seem to be having his best season... rebounds down from last year (<4 per game), 11.5 ppg is nice but not outstanding. Based on rating, I guess Elia could be a snub too, but I have a hard time feeling like any SG that shoots 13% from 3pt range really should be starting the ASG. Now, I'm surprised neither even made the top 4, but I'm not surprised they both missed out on the game itself.

Damiano and BRod haven't been around long enough, and Pardo probably would have made it if he were still around. Vega's been good and deserves his spot. Mocarski I'm a bit surprised about, but PF isn't that deep if Raul and Varner are being considered SF's.

Well, at least Logsdon is leading the league in assists per game. I'm not sure what you're saying re: Ramos. That he hasn't been starting is probably a reason for him not to be in the ASG (can't blame the GE for not knowing your reasoning to only play him 23 minutes per game). Somehow forgot about Ag's, he should probably have been there. Of course, maybe he should've gotten some votes at PG ;)

I don't know, after seeing 4 Bulls in the starting lineup not long ago, I'm not sure I buy this argument. The point I was trying to make was, isn't it more likely that the best individual performances did make the team? That being on a good, well rounded team tends to diminish an individual's stats (and, often, acknowledgements) is pretty typical of many sports, and certainly isn't BB specific.

Also, this is an all-star game, which is meant to highlight individual stars, not team accomplishments. You'd have an easier time convincing me this is a problem if, say, a player won the MVP without even being on a playoff team. (oh, wait...)
