Question on drafts... If you have a player with 4 stars on quality and A- at age 18, or a player with 4 quality stars and A at age 19, you shoudl choose the SLIGHTLY worse one with a year younger?
On another simulation game i play if it ranks someone of a certain quality and they're a year older than a player with the same quality, they'll come out of youth squad as if they'd been trained for that extra year...
My question here boils down to, if someone is 19 would they come out trained further or of the same overall skills (different distribution obviously?
