He probably expects 400k increase but he will probably get 2 or 3k at most.

over 7 or 8 seasons off training, getting 2 pops on a high end SG in total, which I do expect to be quite normal with cross training, have a look what the difference is for salary with either level 7 or 9 rebounding for a shooting guard. you can use a salary calculator to do so.

from your response you dont seem to know 2 more rebounding on a high end SG makes quite a bit salary difference, I strongly suggest to play around with the calculator. do you want a link as well?

Trust me, I've used the salary calculators long and often enough to know that this could make quite a difference...

Over 7 seasons you expect 2 pops in rebounding from the random 10%?
Have you read my calculation? (192339.121)

If you find any mistake, just let me know.
there is no biggest portion of random pops because hey, they're random. You'll have just as much of an increase in all the other skills as you have in shot blocking.

Let's say this:
- you train a guy from 18 to 28 years
- i.e. he receives 11 seasons or 154 weeks of training (provided he's never injured or the minutes are messed up)
- you have 12 skills so the random 10% go to Shot Blocking every 11th time in those 154 weeks.

=> all in all you'll have 14 weeks in his training career where he receives the random 10% training in Shot Blocking.
=> that's about equal to 1.4 normal training weeks of shot blocking, which is equal to 1 pop if you're lucky (or unlucky the way you see it)

If you find any mistake in the above, let me know but that's how I see it.

i have looked at your squad and not seen 1 player with a salary over 30k.

we dont need to discus this any further. i have seen enough and i know enough and i have enough experience that even 1 rebounding for a shooting guard, from level 7 to 8 adds too much salary...

good luck with training your monster guards :)

Wow, how tough you are...
You don't even respond to what I said...

And what do my guards have to do with this discussion? Nada, niente, nothing.
Anyway, I rest my case.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.
