isn't true. now you can build players not winnig teams.

To be honest, thats BS. If everyone can follow Plan A or B there is „no change“ or „same change for all“.

If - but I do not think it will happen- there is a decision for „Plan B for one HG-player“ I can hear the mass griping, that it is discriminating, will destroy economy and so on.

It seems to me a mistake to change the training. It's one of the only things that keeps me in the game today. Many of the big teams complain that being in the first division cannot be trained, because they lose competitiveness. Let them know that this is the price to pay. Among other things, everyone wants to simplify training or to train faster, have better players, pay less salaries, etc. No one considers learning to train well and profitably with the current system. Everyone wants an easy way out. And the "fix" for some is not something everyone wants.
