Just plugged some numbers into a salary calculator and next season you will be paying the first guy around 214k a week and 2nd guy around 114k a week. Something to consider if you were thinking of still training big man skills.

I'm notice that salary problem and thats why i going to sell my best trainee and start training new guy. 2nd guy is huge prospect for finnish national team in future. Next season i still training big man skills and maybe jump shot.

They are both really nice players, but there lack of secondary skills is pretty disappointing. I prefer my bigs to have way more secondaries than most and feel it is well worth it.

Consider working on passing, handling, JS and maybe even driving.

If u can't train both Player 1 is the better option. Inside skills are fairly even but i like Player 1's Passing and outside shooting skills better. Player 1 has better potential also.

Here is my other trainee. I was suppose to have rid of him, but im seeing him as the lucky charm of the team.

Weekly salary: $ 7 862

DMI: 99700
Age: 19
Height: 6'3" / 190 cm
Potential: starter
Game Shape: proficient
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: respectable
Driving: respectable Passing: average
Inside Shot: prominent ↑ Inside Def.: proficient
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: inept Free Throw: strong

Experience: atrocious

Right now he is the back-up of my main trainee which is a Center. He had atrocious rebounding during his rookie year and managed to pull it up to mediocre. Maybe next season i may train his guard skills, if i find a nice guard in the draft. Hopefully.

if you train two positions, train them one on one, as their JS and Handling needs some help in both cases, and their Driving would be helped too. Jump Shot training would help them, too.

If you train one position, switch between inside defense and inside shot, with slightly more focus on ID. Or train them in OD for one season at the PG-spot (have them defend as PF or C though); they both aren't too tall, so this won't be as painful as for some 7'-guy.

They need about 1-2 stamina trainings and quite some FTs, too, but focus on that during the offseason and the Allstar week.

you really think that OD is worth training for full season?
