When I see the quality discussions we could have had with Fanny in charge of the U21 team I can see what a massive opportunity was missed.

So Iwen what are the plans? You going to put out a general call for staff? Are you going to have mentors for positions or ages? I can see positivies and negatives for each.

Positions positives are that you get experts advising and making the best advice for each position, escecially important for forwards. Experts that have trained those positions themselves will give the best advice.

Ages positives is that you get a better picture of the needs of a specific age group. So lets say for example the 20 year olds have a star crop of guards and big men are thin, you would encourage the guards to be good at scoring while you would encourage the big men to train ID and RE. You could also identify needs in the team, such as a lack of SFs (isn't there always?) or PGs and encourage training to shift some players in those directions.

Are you going to have some people doing specific jobs? Scouts? Tacicians? Publicity? It can reduce the workload a great deal.
