Holy heck, I didn't give myself any hope of winning that one. I enjoyed plenty of Holiday spirits this weekend and when I looked at the score I honestly thought I was still intoxicated. I rested my shooting guard for training purposes and his backup suddenly decided he was qualified to throw up 34 points. He'll probably be asking for a new contract and a personal masseuse.
There's not going to be much margin of error. I've got to pick my battles and see if I can make one roster move before the transfer deadline.

DC Wizards 24 fouls, Sparta 3. Sounds like the owner's anger issues might be trickling down to the players.

I live in the DC area, and get amusement from the nonstop drama of the local NFL team, and enjoy the Football Gods toying with their fans like a cat playing with a mouse. But sometimes a joke can be carried too far. I don't know who's responsible, but some grownup in a position of authority should have staged an intervention before things got out of hand. They're no more qualified to be playing playoff football then I am to pilot the space shuttle.

My club hosted the All Star Game and my players weren't even allowed to watch. Hope y'all enjoyed the fourteen dollar beer.
Even though the Blue side won, the fumigators say it'll be weeks, if not seasons, before the stench clears out of the visitor's locker room.
So a very Happy New Year will welcome anyone who has to come here the rest of the season.
