exactly.If I can pay (eg) 20k, and get a player who will save me roughly 2k per week, he'll have paid for himself in 10 weeks.Seeing as it looks like we'll expect to keep a player for 2 seasons or so, that's a deal worth making.
Whether a player is over their potential cap or not, their training pace will be increased if they are working with a higher level trainer. There is nothing special about a level 6 trainer, he is simply a bit more effective than a level 5, and a bit less than a level 7.
