so what is that saying? i have the 8th highest overall team salary, but pay my top 5 players the 4th highest in the league?

I am happy with that if that is the case here..

wow lakeshow has WAY WAY to many players with 29... just pissing money away with that many players, cant effectively train.

Yes and your strategy is good. It does not matter in the playoffs how good your 14th player is, it is how good your best 5 are. Not sure if they can deal with the top 5 beasts, they still seem the team to beat.

Yes 29 seems odd.

One more interesting thing. How old are we:

So The Dons and be high are the verterans who have been there, done that, got the experience and the know how. On the other hand Mad Rangas and Pan African BC are the babies still wet behind the ears still learning as we go.

im not sure about that. if you're bench isnt strong in comparison to the opppositions bench then you wont have the advantage the time they are on the court.

not saying my bench is strong cause they are a flimsy bunch of plebs

ya you need a bench and all bains... but do u need a bench of 24 players?

even if the players are only earning 2-3k per week, lets say you're wasting it on 15 players, that is 30-45k per week profit down the toilet that Lakers could be saving for 1 good player...

and at this stage, most of us dont have the $$ to afford a top notch bench, that will hopefully come in time.. i got my 1 star, and then a couple of guys at each position interchangeable, when fit. just need to work on SF and i will be a happy boy

Definitely too many players without any doubt. Not only will they ruin your finances, but you wouldn't possibly be able to keep them all match fit either.

Ha, yeah sometimes I do read to see if you all leak some vital game secrets, trust me though, not to hear you all talk it up, reg season is different then playoffs boys! As said by the beasts I believe, I will get stronger before the season ends and you can count on it, starting from today!

lol skyhook i wasnt referring to his 24 player bench that is just utter stupidity:D i meant that even though your top 5 salaries are so high your bench may be letting you down a little bit. although you do improve everyweek and i think i may have to resign to finish 6th

oh and bretta we know this aint the playoffs but how boring would it be if its totallly quiet up until the playoffs. the banter with you blokes are some of the bests parts of the games. btw we wont give away too much information about how we will tackle you. although i can say i think we should all CT ACT Blaze for his cunning techniques... use that information how you wish ;P

lol, with 3 inter-conference games (2 + 1 bot) to go I should be alright, CT'd or not, rather large gap between me and 5th. Appreciate the compliment in needing to CT me though, it seems at the start of the season you all had low opinions of my team, that seems to have changed somewhat.

nah just kidding champ.

you're a strong contender, but i think it's important to note, that i'm clearly the most awesome in our div.
2nd full season (started season 13 with 3 weeks i think before PO's)
and apparently haha apparently i have a "no star team" coz Suabia and Schiavio are just run of the mill.
but i'm still top 4.
No I might not make PO's still, and if i do it might be very short lived.
but regardless, i'm the best.

on a more serious note:
i was shocked to see that my team has had the fewest turn overs. that's just odd i think considering roster skill sets.
