YC you are our U21 GM. Do you have any plan to take care of Nippon talent? How about Tetsu Takabe (28983322)

He is really really perfect potential, height, and age with not so bad skill. If someone will train well him he will be the best player in nippon one day :) This is depend on trainer and U21 GM and NT GM for guiding trainer or owner :) so how can save him?

option 1. Do you want to tell Brutus Buckeye for training well him?
option 2. If current owner cannot train well him how to do? Say him for selling him with suitable price and try to find the trainer for him?
option 3. Do you have any other plan for him? Pls say what is the best way for keep talent?

remarks: I wanna train him but now i havenot enough money for him for suitable price also. :D

* I wanna ask other GM also How do you think about his suitable price? I think about 400K~600K how do you think?

Good question....I have already contacted him and told him that if he wants him on the team he is going to have to train his OD up to strong and get his ID at least to inept. I also told him with SFs being the new fad, that I might use him at PG, so I told him to train passing as well.
BTW...But it looks as if he wants MONEY instead of a trainee. we will see if he puts him back in the bin after he doesn't sell.

So how much you want to pay for him. YC will negotiable for you. But I don't like your training system for season by season train for each skill. Training have their harmony like chemist, and also depend on his age. My seen and just advice only. All of you are my senior :)

OK, I understand you needs. I will likely keep him unless someone gives me a lot of cash. Still trying to think how to balance him with my other trainees. May need to give up on the C and focus more on Guard-SF.
Probably will fix ID first but I can do some OD and Passing too. Would be great to have him on U-21.

So I am guessing it would probably take a 1.6 million bid low end, and that would probably start a bid war.
My HOF draftee cost me 140K(14 weeks of 10K scouting). I saw another HOF 19yr old in the bin with less juice and he went for 1.2 million. Old Brutus has a 18 yr old. Could get ugly..
I think he should keep him.

He must need to keep him and train him well better than selling. You must need to guide training plan.
If he want to sell him 1.6million is too high. I hope the trainer don't want to pay high price for his trainee.
Trainer thinking is very simple. I hope the basic thinking is only 2ways.
i) buy with cheaper price train suitable skill few season after 97% sell him for profit.
ii) buy for long time for his team or his nation, and train him well so the trainer will pay more money with suitable price.
iii) ?????

For him 560K( 14 weeks of 40K scouting) that is maximum for owner so he can be profit. If I have money I wanna pay maximum for him is 650K only. More than 1mil is too high already bcuz he is fresher. Bcuz the trainer must need to used money for his trainer also, minimum superstar potential bid money is not so cheap and weekly salary also thinking 1mil bit for him is the highest already. May be owner can sell with more than 1mil but new owner can use some money for highest trainer?

So I hope current owner train him well is the best for him. Or sell with 560K starting price, so he can get suitable money for him. May be about 1mil. But I have no money no money dude :D

that wasn't the exact training plan, its the ruff idea of how much and what kinda work the guy needs...I didn't bother putting him in the spreadsheet. It is possible now to estimate fairly accurately an entire trianing regimen from day drafted till 28 (or however old you want to keep trianing a dude).....Check hte forums. THe tools are out there, thank the drunken clams.
