It will likely take two weeks to organize anyway.
How I see it: Each manager gets 9 (or12) players at one position. (3 from each year). So for example if Griffin gets assigned to SG and gets 18yo,19yo,and 20 yo class, he takes care just of those players. Now, in next season he will still take care of those players so 19yo,20yo,21yo class. This way it should be easier since you have ongoing communication with the same managers and also you can have a long term plan for one player, kind of like over your own trainee. So a guy who had 23yo,24yo,25yo in first season will now have 24yo,25yo, and 18yo so there is a rotation. I think thats the best way to assure that we will be back on top and for a lot longer than this time following an upcoming slump.
