I have two explanations: 1/ the BBs don't want to show the green arrow for experience pops (it's not shown for game shape either), and/or, 2/ the "show arrow" process is training update related, while experience pops occur after games.

i have a small question. does it matter for an older player to have good stamina? I mean will it help not dropping skills and not gaining injuries?

no, stamina help you in the game and has no influence on skill drop

Insightful, thanks

I'm a newbie and thought experience meant how far the player was from his potential.

BTW, did you have any informations on how to estimate how far players are from their potential. and if it is still worthwhile to train them?

regards

I'll take that shovel back.
It's okay, an ex-ABBLers thought jump range was how high a player could jump.

Can you smell what the Hobos are cooking... oh wait its just Roger. (18085274)
