To be honest, I can't stay for more than 2-3 minutes in the site with prolonged browsing.

You see things; and you say, "Why?" But I dream things that never were; and I say, "Why not?"

Any news about this matter?

Yesterday i had login problems for almost an hour (i dont mean around training time) with Opera and Chrome. Both servers..Its getting more and more frustrating by the day.

Its not a complain, i know BB is doing the best they can. Im just curious because its a pain in the *** to be online for 1 click on a bb page MAX..

i reckon that.

The last 2 days I have been logged out about 20 times in 2 hours time. With either IE or Firefox...

No news yet. The situation is pretty much the same. I keep getting logged out after 20 clicks. I guess the problem ain't fixed.

I wish we had a good answer for you... its so hard for us to be able to really sit down and figure it out because we cannot reproduce the problem... ideally we would be able to reproduce the phenomenon on a testing platform so we could try all sorts of things... of course many of the things we would try would probably end up breaking the site, so we are hesitant to try them live.... this is slowing progress on this issue... i know its frustrating.. we are frustrated.. i'm sorry.. i will keep thinking about it.

try changing your time zone settings to EST and see how that affects things... i know its not a solution, but humor me.

I changed my time zone settings to EST but it didn't affect things at all. The site logged me out after 2-3 minutes.

Same thing happens here.
But, now I'm using a Firefox Refresh Addon, I adjusted it to refresh thepage every 5minutes.
So I leave 1 tab for this addon, and navigate on the others.
You "lose" one tab on your browser, but there's no need to login everytime, just my 5cents.
Best regards.

hello...

I am sorry, just trying to understand what ur saying and not trying to be smart or rude at all.

You are telling us that all you BB guys cant reproduce this problems when loads off people have this problem all over the world using several different browsers, several different pcs? Or are there only a handfull off people that have this problem?

Due to my work, I sit during a working week behind 3 different pcs at work, I use my laptop and my PC at home. On all these PCs I get logged out. It doesnt matter whether it is IE or Firefox. The time doesnt matter either (eg. how many people are online at a given time). The only thing I can say is that all pcs have win xp. The strange thing is that it doesnt happen all the time. Now I am ok for like 30 min in a row, this morning I had to relog like 10 times in 30 min. The funny thing is that there are now loads more people online.

Does anyone experience this using another operating system? That is the only thing I could think off that could be the problem...

I use a mac laptop regularly, we have some 5-6 windows machines which buzzerbeater owns.. mark and charles both have at least two machines... i occasionally use several PCs in my lab to access buzzerbeater, both mac and PC, running mostly IE and firefox.. and I have never been able to reproduce this phenomenon.

I don't know whether that means it is a rare problem, or a widespread one that we simply cannot reproduce...
perhaps is a problem related to time zone, connectivity, or some other variable which is different on your computer, and all the other computers which are experiencing this problem.

This load dependency makes me think that it might be a problem with respect to connectivity, and that the problem is in the internet connection between our servers and your location. This would be an awful problem however, because in order to address it we would most likely have to relocate our server farm, which would be a massive project resulting in significant downtime for the site.

Not sure if this helps but I always connect to Buzzerbeater via FF and never had this problem. I am temporarily using a computer that only has IE and this problem has cropped up. I get logged out about 3-4 times for every 30ish minutes though sometimes it will go longer without a log out. Seems quite random.

it is terrible today again, same as last night...

while browsing the TL i get logged out from your website every 2 or 3 minutes. kind off very annoying :(

I know you cant reproduce the problem, but just wanted to report that it is quite bad again...
