free throw don't cost extra, and for win especially before this season you could sell your trainee and buy a new one which would have fit better into your team.

And especially for a small team, you have plenty choiches who to buy ;) For the merchandise income, i have no real clue about it maybe is it worth it, when the rest of your team is a least for the main part just around ft 5(so that you feel improvements there too).

Small team yes, but i am not playing alone. They are 4-5 teams that can contend for the title, something that cant be said for the majority of countries. Anyway i dont think that is a way to agree. For me 3-4 weeks on 4 seasons training being ''wasted'' is not a big deal especially when u get something from it. For me for example waste of training is to train driving, which actually from my experience is giving u nothing, especially on the big men. At least FT's are around 10% of my teams points, that is very important for me.

As a one position trainer, I only have 3 trainees. Therefore I generally use these weeks to train things that can only be done with 2 positions (JS, rebounding). Stamina I usually train once per season when my minutes get messed up (my team stamina is already quite high).

You want to train a high level SF and you are training 2 positions? Good luck with that. ;-)

Anyhow, just giving my take on things. I see no reason to stop skill training in the off-season, though, even with 2 position training. Just pick your priority trainees.

If you need stamina or FTs, that's another story.

Well my star C is 3-4 skill up away to cap, so by the half of this season i will switch to 1 position training, just to train my 2 high potential C's with the SF. that will be for 1-2 seasons and then switch to guards training. The problem with my trainees, is that they luck on FT or Stamina or both, so, i dont have actually an option about that...
