Same, this is an extremely important game for me as far as training because many of my trainees aren't good enough to get serious time in real games

Glad to meet you also, and I agree this is a great game. It is the best management game out IMHO. If there is any thing I can help you with in the future let me know you seem like a good guy and I think I might add you to friends list and your team to my scoreboard to keep track of your progress.
