1. I have answered this question already two posts higher :-)

2. of course i want to help this team, the work needs a lot of time, why should I destroy anything, that would make no sense, I would give my best to put the Philippine team on a higher level...

ok, if you have doubt, that I'll give away something, you don't have to elect me, but you also could just ask the austrian managers, at first they thought also critical about me, because i was a foreigner, but in the end i led the austrian team about 30 places higher in world ranking

why should I do now anything, what isn't the best for the team?

i understand your position right now,but you can't blame other manager here in philippines.that is part of securing our players and U21 NT team..

my question is:

if ever you have not given a chance to win in the coaching position, are you willing to serve and become mentor of some manager in this country?

second, are you willing to give up your own country for the sake of U21 philippines?and become loyal and faithful to this country?..if you do or agree to that, give me the reason why would you do that?

lastly, why philippines?

philippines are 2 time semifinalist in the world, 4 time finalist in aisa.meaning our country is a contender. if a team is a contender, many scouts will come to see our team and possible spies.. hehehe..

anyway, here is my question. you said you will give your best to the put the philippines on the higher. higher level to us right now is beating china in the asian finals and also have a slot in the finals at world championship. can you do that for us?

you can't say this, because as i said before, you need to have the right players

for example germany was the european champion in season 12 and in season 13 they lost nearly every game, which was important

i will try to build up the best possible team and then we have to look for what this is good enough, in the asian torunament we have of course to beat china, but if they have much more better players than we, the chance is not that high, if we are on the same level, i see a good chance to beat them :-)

yeah, but do you really think, that I would put such a effort in this thing, only to get the skills of the players?

In the end you have to decide, if you elect somebody completly new, who you of course cannot trust, but who is maybe the best manager
Or if you vote for a manager form your own country, who speaks your language, but mybe doesn't have the same experience

it's your choose, however you decide, i can understand you ;-)

hello,

being in a lower division is a lot harder than we are given credit for. why?

if you are in div II, every season, a team from PPL will be relegated to your division and it is highly likely that that team is better than most of the teams in the division or league. this is the very reason why it is really hard to pursue promotion. in league games, tenure is a very huge advantage.

will that advantage play a role in NT games? in the newer countries, yes but not with the philippines. what matters in international competition is the ability to adjust and adjust again. adjustment is the game in the lower division, if you would ask me.

is it safe to say that those who are playing in the PPL is the only pool of players who are good in BB here in the philippines? we can include div II players there but it's somewhat unjust, unfair and somewhat conceited to think so. getting promotion in your own league is a mixture of skills and luck. in the international competition, we really cannot and should not rely on luck.

I don't think it relies on the fact, in which divison you're playing, but maybe it relies on how long and how intensive your are playing buzzerbeater.

because on such a high niveau peanuts are often crucial, you have to read your opponent, to analyse strengths and weaknesses and adjust your tactic, as you said :-)

@intendis - how much do you like to coach the Philippines? and what game play do you prefer to do in the team if you win, Offense over Defense or Defense over Offense (Choose only one)

@feroza - I know your very active in the chat every live game's. This is my question, I know that the former u21 managers have done new things every season. If you win, What NEW THINGS will you do to top what have they done before to our u21? Explain it clearly and detailed.

-thank you
From me a concern voter.

how much i would like to coach the Philippines? 110%

i prefer the defense, what sense does is have, if your player makes 20 points, but his directly opponent scores 35?

defense comes first, after that high passing skills, because without the right flow, your offense won't work :-)

new things? hmm, this is a tricky question. and really hard to answer. ^_^

actually, i don't have any. the information campaign has been done by our previous managers liacruz and harmless. they brought awareness to the managers in the lower divisions the importance of training young players. my job now is to harness the skills of the players trained by the current managers. this is easy if the managers took heed of what liacruz and harmless campaigned for.

but if not, i will continue spreading the word and convince our managers to train their rookies with nice potential to be included in the U21 team so that the future managers will have a rather easier time with the U21.
