If you continue training him, he has some chance. You should send a message directly to jfarb or namssor if you want to know what you would need to do to get him onto the NT.

How do SF fit into this? should they be trained as guards or bigs in your example? Maybe you should include a section just for them.

I have a player training for the National team, and I want to train him as a SG and thats been the goal all along, but he's so well rounded I wonder whether he'd make a SF instead.

I think i'm on the right path, but I guess I'm just looking for a little validation

If the argument was still out there, this should close the book on the benefits of training a U21 player:
10 of the 17 players on the team are in the finals of their league.
14 of the 17 players on the team made the playoffs in their league.

And one of the 3 that missed was brian who wasn't even trying to win.
