Yes. But if he lands in the right situation with the right coach and system I think its possible.
Dirk was drafted by Milwaukee but traded to the Mavs which played a jump shooting style under Don Nelson. Perfect fit.

I hope Suns take Donatas at pick 13. Don't trust the Warriors to develop players.

rving didn't do the trials because... well, why would he? He's guaranteed of going at #1, and as pointed out, this isn't a strong class. Any failure on the physical/skills testing would have been blown all out of proportion.

Well according many sources actually hurt his self skipping the athletics, since he has to answer lots of questions considering that he lost the most of the season because of an injury. Medical tests will be a key for him.

Not sure I understand what you're saying... you're talking about the injury he had almost a year ago?

Yes, and some injuries can ruin a career. Roy for example. He had the same question marks as Irving. We all know what happened right? Also what about his GS?

as a europian i have seen him play in the euroleague. he has great skills. but for the nba level he lacks weight/muscle. i am not sure that he weighs 240lbs. it seems too much. but that's just me . imho is really difficult to see him in this level at this point .

he definitelly cannot play C in nba. everybody will beat him up. but he is only 19 and he knows how to play. most of all it's about his work ethic. if he gets drafted this year and he is ready to work, i believe he can be a really good player.

i have the feeling that he will probably stay in europe for the next few years. maybe go to a team that competes for the euroleague title and then try the move in the nba.

wasn't there a rule that stated that non-american players should be at least 22 yo to be drafted?

The rule that you refer (i assume) says that every non American will be automatically eligible for the draft when he will be 22, even if he doesnt declare.
