I know you didn't ask this, but you need to figure out how gameshape works. Most of your players are playing at only a fraction of their abilities.

I wouldn't worry about it. You're not going to go far in the playoffs so train the worthwhile categories the next couple of weeks instead. But figure it out for next season, it will make a huge difference in your success and help you promote.

Shh, don't help this man. (Kiddin') Make sure you get your trainees 48+ minutes every week and I always try to keep my minutes above the 48 and below 80 whenever possible and it seems to be working alright for my game shape. Managing game enthusiasm makes a huge difference too from what I understand. Hopefully I promote out this season and won't have to see you in the playoffs next season after you've figured it out.

He has really good skills so just train JS and OD he can be a really good player since you never have to worry bout any other skill except for those 2.... wouldve been great if you started training him earlier thou thats like 7-8 pops he will miss n thats all u needed for a strong JS and OD but u can still try

To take full advantage of training this guy, you'd have to revamp your roster. If I had your roster, I'd sell a few of your older guards and purchase two 18-19 year old draftees. Look for star-all star potential(maybe perennial all star), and don't spend more than 100k on any player. Look for two things: (1) at least mediocre OD and (2) height of no more than 6'3". Buy an advanced trainer with these purchases.

Then, single position train pressure until Walter has strong OD. This will allow you to play him in league games. From there, you can go a couple of different ways: 1v1 forwards, passing, you may have to throw in some jump shot training as well. That pitiful JS is pretty ugly.

Just set lower price and win the game.
