their is alot that can be done.
Buddy system should be reintroduced. had a few positive feedbacks. helping out a few managers still. but new managers need to find their way to the buddy system easely.
some events outside of BB should be organized to get the community more involved. I got a few idea's, but right now, my head is at the EHL ( Euro Hockey League, which will be hosted in Braschaat 21-23 oktober, meaning this weekend. I'm the video analist for a Belgian team, so i got alot of work right now... but now, back on topic, before i get told off by LoD ;) ). But i got some idea's, i might work one out for this X-mas even.
Their are other things aswell, but i won't mention them without first having a word with my 'superior' ;)
