I think a cheating team will get caught soon or later. Especially if they get too high in world ranking or country ranking.

I'm pretty sure about everyone in my country (or, at very least, my opponents) have checked my transfers when I became champion last season. Also, I'm doing the same now that another team is taking my place. And if anything is suspected, it is reported to local GM, which, in turn, will check in depth. I guess you get the point.

Most of the cheaters are probably down in Div.V and really can't make division I even with cheating.

as an instinct, most of the criminals return back to the crime area to check things..
i have caught many cheaters with this knowledge when i was a GM..
if a guy relegates just after promoting, he is a cheater %99 of the time..
i don't know why they sacked me though.. :/

I disagree with both statements. Most of the cheaters are not in DV, unless you count the feeder teams. If you think cheaters never prosper and therefore only the weakest newest teams cheat I think smelling salts are in order. Who needs to cheat to get past DV?

If a guy relegates after promoting he is a cheater 99% of the time? I think you must have worded that incorrectly because it makes no sense. I would say at least half of the teams that promote arent good enough to stay in the higher division and therefore relegate, how is this cheating?

^^ Tanking isn't exactly cheating. It's taking advantage of the rules. Maybe even to an unfair extent. But yes it's clearly and absolutely classless.
