Hey,

The new draftees still had their salaries calculated on the old method, without the salary corrections that were done in the previous seasons. This meant that draftees received more salary in their first season compared to equal players of older age with the same skillset. I believe Josef Ka pointed this out some time back.

This means indeed that starting from this season the draftees also receive the salary they are supposed to receive today, and thus aren't overpaid anymore during their first season. The overall quality of the draftees didn't change at all, though. The average skillset of each draftee is the same as in all previous seasons, just their salary is lower.

Perhaps. $4691 isn't too far off salary estimator at $5256, and is usually high.
Your English is fine. ;)

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Well... for some untrained players dalary increased, for some it got cheaper.

My (now) 32yo Center (8049854) gets ~2% more this season. Ye, I did a little training in stamina and free throws that might have triggered cross-training, but how effective can that be at the age of 31? So an increase in salary was not was I expected.
On the other hand, this guy (10928504) got lots of game shape training last season, but his salary got cheaper by ~6%.

Any thoughts?

Plávala (8230635) 149 409 -> 149 409 (never train)
Morin (10782323) 51 643 -> 51 663 (few minutes)
Guilbert (6806795) 29 453 -> 29 454 (I think 4 min)

I made only one stamina training (for cross-training).

So the salaries seem constant and each season since.... ten or more seasons, there are global decrease of salaries.

Normal or bug for my players or a part?

He had salary = 165297 in previous season so his salary increased by few cents. So You noticed wrongly.
I didn't find even single player who is under 33 and who wasn't drafted in previous season, who has in this season lower salary than in previous.
