Thanks for the question. A smart man once said, 'If it ain't broken, don't fix it.' I will continue to do that(enrollment) but the offsite network will help with the performance of the team on the court, the enrollment will help the team off it. I'm not disputing the fact that this team has numerous scouts that can help this team flourish but we didn't win last year. That needs to be changed.

Thing is there is no real difference between his last tenure and this season. We need change.

Quite frankly this team needs all the help it can get. I think any manager who gets elected will welcome you with open arms.
