Great activity!
For my staff I'm competent across the board and under 10k in salary. As I promote I'll upgrade my trainer to superior and try to find a salary in the high teens or low 20s. I won't do anything to Doctor or PR until I get to D3 unless it makes sense to lower salary. Once a season I'll reevaluate my staff and look for opportunities to lower salary or to upgrade level with minimal impact. I wouldn't spend more than about 20k in acquisition until you get into a situation where you need a better trainer.
I have to agree that on paper the Boone Panthers have the advantage. He's got 3 positions where his advantage is an overwhelming advantage and I'm not seeing where the the other two spots tip the scales to the Assassins.
Pitbulls, much respect to you, I like your chances. Terrell is a LEGIT D2/D3 player, and I expect him to dominate my guards. Your defensive ratings have been great too. Should be a good game!
