Which conference do you guys think is stronger overall? They both look pretty even to me.

When you average each conference's world rankings, it comes out to
Big 8 = 13,648
Great 8 = 14,064
So it is definitely close... But personally I think all of the Great 8's big men from the last few seasons have been promoted, so it leaves us a lot more balanced. Personally I would give the edge to the Great 8 though.

Interesting. I'm having a great time being in Div IV. I spent my first 3 seasons in Div V and it was rather boring going up against a computer 80% of the time. I don't have the arena or players to be able to compete with some of the top teams yet, but I hope to be up there soon. Any of you guys been higher than Div IV?

I had a brief stint in div III .. not a single player left from that team tho. It is worlds different as you jump Divs. I keep finishing 3rd or 4th best here. Some REALLY good teams have gone up from this particular league tho , who have/are doing well in DIvIII . When I got relegated back down to DivIV (here) this league is SO much tougher then the 1st div IV team I was in before.

This is the highest I've ever been, here for 7-8 seasons now, I'm ready to move up in the ranks.

I was also in div V for 4 years, and this is my 4th year in this div IV league, haven't posted much since my team wasn't much good the last few years , but a few of my trainees are starting to pay off now and my conference has been watered down with a few champs graduating, so I'm in it now. Still think it will take me at least one more year to get to Div III, if not more , Some of the teams in this league are TOUGH and have better resources, I don't even know how you guys afford some of your teams? my highest salaried player is $25000!!, but at least Im making progress, Im coming for you Buffalo, good luck

oh man .. last week I took out a Div III team in the tournament ..this week I blew a 5 point lead in the last minute and lost in OT by a bucket (missed a last second shot) to a Div II team. This tells me that there are at least 3 teams in this league that can play with the bigger boys right now !!
