As in cost to keep, for a small ball club if they jack up the skill to fast, they cant keep him .they will have to sell which hurt their team.

So you are simply backing up everyone's position except your own then? Cool. That is precisely why everyone else was saying to train his secondaries and guard skills first so that he can get a more balanced and cheaper player, whereas you suggested to train big skills first, which would increase his salary quicker than anything else he could train. *Sigh* Please only give advice on things you understand to a better degree from now on, if you can.

You clearly didn't understand Mr. Glass' legendary training skills enough to realize he was talking about training Shotblocking for team, which would keep the salary from exploding. In the future, please only give advice on things you don't understand. ;)

He's looking for a starter not a back up. Again why direct it to my team or players, what in the hell they have to do with this, this is his player.. He is looking for starter not a back up.. why create a back up player when you need a starter and star player for the future to play right now. I don't see him crying about budget, You brought my player worth in whole new conversation and assumed it has something to do with his player being a star for his team not mines, and to train big man skills to start wont help his player.

He needs a star, Do you understand that point,!! if not I cant help you understand, he need a star and starter not back up a player with massive secondary skill to start and arguing with me about his budget when he didn't saying nothing about it.. I said that for me, not for him , he said not dang thing about budget ... ?? You think training seconds then primes wont increase his player cost. As matter of fact it way more expensive that training big man skills only to start ,because the more skill you have the more the player going to cost

This is why market is so full of crap players over priced players and some think training secondary to start will make these player any good. Its laughable The logic behind that, its just your person perspective view. Its a huge money grab

A big man is suppose to train big man skills, how in world can anyone here dang well dispute that. Why just why in hell would he need secondary skills to start he is not looking for a back up player. His budget Is not my problem. he wanted a star and starter. I gave him the advice if you don't like it then don't use it.

What ever advice you want to give him .Give it. But you dang well know a 7'0 tall player is suppose to train big man skill to start. him training secondary to start that player is not considered a starter he is considered a back up , unless he already been trained to position within the height//

How does training secondaries to start make him a backup player? It means he can have a starter with good secondaries and be closer to having a superstar big man than if he just jacked up his big skills until he caps. I also bring up your player because he should have easily been at least a 20k+ big man by now and he is identical to the player you are giving advice on. You state how the TL is flooded with bad players, yet you squander good talent and then give advice on how to squander other peoples young talent, I don't get it. Being an U21 NT manager, I help give advice to managers on their young players every single day in many different situations, so to me, it seems your advice in this particular topic is flawed and incorrect for what he is asking for. Where anywhere did it say that a 7'0" player is suppose to train big skills to start? Obviously we are not going to see eye to eye on this topic, but I'm interested as to how you have come to some of these conclusions.

This discussion doesn't have a dman thing to do with my team. I posted 4-5 thing he can do to improve his player.

If you don't agree with training big man skills to start for a big man then move along it written in black and white. big men train faster in big man skill than small player skills for position. If you feel differ than the guide,Then i wont buying any of your big man players period.

Secondary skills are optional. primes are manditory and vital for the player success on BB.. Any nT coach or BBB manager telling you differ in a damn liar on the matter!!>

Train a big man in big man skills from the age he's 18, and he's fired and unemployed with a ridiculous salary before he's 26. Train him as a guard for three seasons and then train his big man skills until age 26, and he's a superstar that will help you win or fetch you a ransom if you decide to sell him.

The only thing where i would let someone hear your advices would be about arenas..

Nope, not even that. While i agree that his arena is not that bad he is incapable of any sensible price management, which is a main point in any arena advice. I wonder if someone ever agreed with something Mr. Glass said ;)

Why should i have to answer this question.? You think this player wont cap with training seconds to death? Hmm.. I'm not the fool you make me out to be. I have did all the training ways before. Not as much as I would have liked, but you always train to height and position 1st before you do any low needed skills.. its called secondary skill meaning they come second. How hard does this have to be to understand, they will pop regardless with cross training.

The rest of what say is a personal debate . I don't give damn about a personal debate. I don't care to hear a life story and all the jazz. Not to be rude. I gave him 4 skills and you disagreed with the ft's. So be it, my team not hurting you.my advice not hurting you. Are you Nt advisor by your claim.

If you don't understand to train big man skills on big man to start ,I would advise you to start doing so. who to say how to train player the way I said to do so, the game manual does. you train the player to height and the position to start. Seconds are bonus that are going any where after his player caps .
