I didn't want to start a new thread, so I'm replying to this one.

Does anyone else notice that JR training is supposedly faster than before? I remember JR training took appr. 2.5 weeks on a 20y old with little to no elastics.

I have two weird cases.

First is my 22y old with 185 cm height. After a pop in JR to 4 (inept) with JS training, he received two more JS training, so the JR sublevel was quite low.
Elastic effect was great (JS 16 and HA 16).
He popped FOUR TIMES IN A ROW in JR.

Second: 23y old, 203 cm. Lowest sublevel possible, little elastic effect. Two pops of JR in five weeks. 23 years, 203 cm!

Anyone experienced similar JR training speeds?

A german Manager had six consecutive pops in PA on an 22 or 23 yo C.

Elastic effect can be very strong it seems. I doubt there have been changes tho.

Wow, six consecutive pops? I knew elastics were strong, but not that strong. Interesting.

Just checked again, 6 consecutive pops for a 22yo guy 208cm tall. My trainee Bo Taylor has pretty spectacular secondaries and I expect to see some pretty fast pops in passing too.

Truth to be told, passing was always one of the fastest training there, if not the fastest. JR on the other hand, not so much. But I guess elastics can fix that

It's got to be the elastics. I have an 18 year old (admittedly, 203 cm) who popped his first week of JR training, again in his third and then again in his sixth (missing no minutes in the weeks after the first). Level 6 trainer, too. I suppose that's the price I pay for being crazy.

Why don't you train 1 on 1 first? Or is he your secondary trainee?

Primary trainee, and I'm not sure I'm ever going to train 1 on 1 for this batch. I did mention that I'm crazy, yes?

That's coming. And incidental data point - now my 198cm player also did not pop with two full weeks JR training. I can only imagine how it'll be later next season.
