Someone has played mots 4 times in a row and his valuations were the same everytime. This thing must be changed or, like you say, next year we'll see mots in nearly every game of the regular season
Which team is this?
It's this team
(14125)

and the 4 games are the following:
1- (4025696)
2- (4107192)
3- (4172515)
4- (4172516)

The manager himself confirmed the 4 CTs and he also said that the last game was played with enthusiasm 3-low (which seems quite high after 4 consecutive CTs)

Two things:

#1 There is no MOTS in BB - you must be referring to CT.

#2 The player ratings are not supposed to change with CTing, so there's no abnormality here.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

well, on number two... there's quite a lot of matches confirming the evaluations are highly affected by CT and TIE (although they shouldn't anymore).

No abnormality? CT influences enthusiasm, if I play CT 4 times in a row, my enthusiasm must go down right? Enthusiasm changes team ratings, in my experience, so how is it possibile that my ratings remains the same if I continue to play CT?

We have already commented this with low success in different threads. I have also confirmation of one team of my league which played successfully several consecutives CTs.
Enthusiasm below 5 is not at all decisive if you go on playing CT. When you go back to play Normal then you will have some hard time to win.
The CT effect is always the same (regardeless your enthusiasm) and compensate by far the low enthusiasm, both increasing ratings and also increasing other statistical aspects.

An easy solution would be to establish some kind of dependence between the CT effect and the enthusiam, so playing CT with E=2 will become useless.

Most people think that this CT/Enthusiasm dependence currently exists because it exists in Hattrick, but it is clearly not the case. A few people know it and take profit, but soon this will become more general, particularly for bad teams, which may get out of relegation positions by playing conscutive CTs. This may create a domino effect, so most people will be forced to play CT.

Of course we don´t have all the information. We just inform about our observations.
Experimental facts and not theoretical speculations from the rules or from the "official" BBs comments. Soon or later what we are suggesting will become evident... so relax and just play "patience".

I'm under the impression that their (HT's) GE is quite simpler.

I'll make you all angry. :)

I played TIE last night and went from 3 to 4.

However, I didn't need that enthusiasm today, as, even though my opponent played CT against my TIE, I won on the road.

For those people who said that you must CT in order to win the Play-Offs: I entered the Play-Offs with the 7 Enthusiasm and played 4 consecutive Normal games, my Enthusiasm fell to 6 after the second game, and I CTd first time in Tiebreaker... My opponent CTd in first game, then played Normal, then CT, TIE and CT in Tiebreaker... And even though he had home court advantage in finals, I won cause my Enthusiasm was higher... In Tiebreaker, I had Enthusiasm of 6 versus his 4, we both CTd and I won... So, CT in early stages of Play-Off is not such a good idea...
